VerifiedAmazing service and professionalism. The staff served tea while waiting. The price for a deep tissue massage was $60cad. Had some family go the next day based on our feedback and they also had an amazing experience. Would recommended this spa to everyone.

VerifiedThe staff was completely unaware of a booking being made and refused to adhere to the appointment. Thank god, I had the conversation with the employee on WhatsApp so they had to squeeze me in. Keeping that aside, property is great (though located a little remotely) and the masseuse are very well skilled. Will recommend and visit again if the customer service improves

VerifiedNever ever take the membership. They don't pick up phone. The online booking shows up but the spa guys deny. They are always overbooked. Please don't ever take membership. Pathetic. Regret going to this place
