Bewtee Customer Membership: A prepaid customer membership is eligible for a full refund when Bewtee receives the request within seven days of successful payment and no membership discount has been used or reserved against an appointment. There are no prorated refunds. Eligible refunds are returned through the original Cashfree payment method and may take the payment provider or bank additional time to appear.

Marketing Software: Once the payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded since it is immediately forwarded to third-party apps and services integral to the functioning of our tool.

Third-Party Apps and Services: Payments forwarded to third-party apps and services for the integration and operation of Bewtee tool are non-refundable.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, and that significantly impact the functionality of the tool.
