The place (hill road branch) needs a good makeover. The place is badly maintained. There is mould in the room, shower in the rooms don't work. The place had no aroma, no ambient music, and could hear the staff talk the whole time. The ac would not shutdown and had to be operated from outside the room, and the bath robe sleeve was tore, without a belt. The first room they setup had no door and was right next to the shower, so you can hear the shower when used. Overall the place need immediate attention. The massage was good though, but the place just brought the whole experience down.

The place needs major maintenance - AC doesn’t work, the showers are useless…not worth the money. There are better professional places. Behaviour is unprofessional and if you lose your things, they don't return. The worst place to get a massage in Mumbai.

The towels weren't fresh, room was very run down, masseuse was grumpy, everything felt unclean. All along i was hoping that no cockroach would fall on me while I was lying there :D massage was O.K, nothing to rave about. Attitude of staff was poor.

no massage beds ( mattress on the floor ) . no aroma . no music. no sound proofing so you can hear the staff talk everywhere. unreliable bookings. stodgy steam equipment. changing rooms not attached to couple rooms. and overall an extremely average experience and definitely not a spa experience. I would definitely not recommend to anyone.

A truly relaxing experience . Opt for a single therapist as focus will be better and enjoyable. Try to go from monday to Friday as they have happy hours offers . Therapist are very professional and trained . Located in trainee road opposite to tavaa restaurant. Easily can be seen from main road .
