The place is badly maintained. There is mould in the room, shower in the rooms don't work. The place had no aroma, no ambient music, and could hear the staff talk the whole time. The ac would not shutdown and had to be operated from outside the room, and the bath robe sleeve was tore, without a belt. The first room they setup had no door and was right next to the shower, so you can hear the shower when used. Overall the place need immediate attention.
