I went for Smoothening+Keratin and chose best products that they had. everything went well on first day they explained me about every product they used. After 3 days when I went for my 1st hair wash they said me it might take 1 hour approximately. After wash they realized that results were not satisfactory so they reapplied something on my hair and that wasn’t part of process. They sent me for my facial appointment in between which made situation worst. My hairs were completely tangled. I asked them twice but they didn’t explain me what was wrong they just said it was because they wrapped my hairs tight in facial appointment. They never made it clear why 2 applications was applied. Also after 1-2 weeks even after managing it with proper care I started seeing curls and bends. I would suggest that if something goes wrong than please clarify it with your customer and get it cleared. For 1 hour of wash process and 1 hour of facial process I sat for total 5 hours which was not acceptable. And I had no clue of what was going on.
