VerifiedThey mostly send products which are good BUT manufactured couple of yrs ago with an EARLY EXPIRY date inspite of requests & d after sales service is pathetic. No response & Wattsapp CHATS are impossible to CONVEY the actual problems we face.

VerifiedI have received a defective foundation and I am unable to reach the customer support as it takes more than one day for them to revert and when you revert there is absolutely no reply from their end. There is no other way to contact them. One of extremely slowest support I have come across. Pathetic experience

VerifiedNo response from customer care wanted to exchange or return the product but no response from anywhere ordered manish malhotra soft matte lipstick received worst dissatisfied with product will never order anything from myglamm. every company provides return, replacement and exchange policy.

VerifiedI had ordered Wild wild country shade in Satin matte lipstick which is purple brownish in color instead received Marooon Pinkish kind of shade , totall different.Pathetic after service experience . They don't receive calls or emails and there is not exchange option.

VerifiedLipstick and lip balm are too good ..worth for money.... I also completed their survey got lipstick for free( shipping 99 paid by me) But it was worth it .. They have wide range of products 🙂 I also tried bath soap which is germ killing smells really nice. Also I have use wipes they were good Matte finish lipstick are just amazing 💕💯
