Belladona salon is located in andheri east. The staff is very humble and hardworking. The rates are slightly higher but worth paying for the services provided by salon. I got a haircut from this salon. The haircut done by Rizwan is commendable. I asked the owner that i want haircut from Rizwan only and now I am realising that it was the best decision. Rizwan is very hardworking and focuses on every minor thing to give the best haircut. Suggesting to get haircut done from Rizwan as he is the best hairstylist

I just love this salon, I went there to have nail extensions, they did it so well, I would really be thankful to shraddha because it was my 1st experience and she guided me so well. I would highly recommend trying once and you will feel like going every time.

I would not recommend this salon for women. I visited this salon last year but still they haven’t been able to give me a decent haircolor. My last haircolor was horrible and even after seeing me dissatisfied with my hair, the staff was not bothered to ask what was the problem. They were just bothered about collecting the money. Find a better salon but not this one. And the reply given by them is pathetic...u can see the same ones I put this review....they give backanswers to there customers 👏

If I could give it zero star I would. Poor customer service, the lady on the front desk is rude and does not know how to talk to the customers, and do not take the owners word. The only good thing about this place might the working staff who did a good job and probably get paid minimal wage. The owner said he would do a package (discount) for me including mani pedi and facial, why don’t I book an appointment. So I did and visited them. In the process of mani pedi my thumb got hurt and was bleeding. It has swollen while writing this review. There could even be an infection to it. They did not even say sorry or compensate for it. After my facial I expected them to give me a discount but the women on the front desk started giving excuses and talking rudely to me. Avoid this place at all costs.

The Hairstylist to whom i went for haircut was inexperienced. I asked him for a bobcut and he ruined my hair also made a laughing stock out of my hair. He removed his frustration on my hair on asking him to do it correctly. He was also rude to my mother too. Personally will never suggest. After this, I immediately had to rush to Lakme to get a redo in a way I look decent and human. The damage this hairstylist did , took three stylists of Lakme salon to make my hair look reasonable. Would never recommend anyone this place. You will come out disappointed. He had to blow dry my hair thrice because he couldn't cut my hair right the first time. Please dont go 🙏🏻 Below are the images
