Gave plenty of recommendations as well. 5/5 Jul 06, 2022 Monisha De Verified the most talented lot...they know their skills and are very creative when it came to the nails. 1/5 Nov 23, 2021 Asma Azhar Verified I had set an appointment yesterday with the salon, had booked a session for the Gel Nail, which has been my regular salon from 2019. This time it was different, and awful! While the nail technicians were getting the cleaning of the nail polish for me and my sister, they were busy amongst themselves and they had their cell phone on while working on our nails. One of them just commented something derogatory to the other technician , assuming that we didn't understand the language or didn't hear them. We left our nails midway , paid off the extra amount and informed the owner, Ms. Kimberly about the behavior of those three nail technician. She informed that we can have a word with them directly and insisted that we finish up our pending nails and not walk off like that, but it isn't right that a client pays the money and their employees/staff makes such comments stating bad comments right in the client face while they are working on them!! I have visited many salons in Mumbai and never before I have come across such rude staff members. Not only did we get majorly insulted but also ended up paying for the insults that those three nail technicians were laughing and murmuring thinking we didn't hear them! We spoke to the the owner, and left for another parlor . We paid and left, with no information or a call back from the main owner who I called, to complain about the staff members but still have not heard anything back. The salon is easy accessible as its on the main street, and the staff have an many services to browse through so if you have some extra money burning a hole in your pocket head on down today !! Never returning here. Beware, completely incompetent and rude. Very disappointed, insulted and feel very taken advantage of.
