I made sure I call and check whether they have steam service and they confirmed it. Inspite of that they switched on the steam for exactly 60 seconds. When I asked them to switch it on again they did so for 60 seconds. Don’t know which steam service is so short. Post that, the masseuse kept coming in while I was showering asking whether I was done when I was barely in the bathroom for 5mins. The warm water was on for exactly 2 minutes so I had to finish my bath with cold water. The masseuse didn’t step out of the room while I was changing inspite of me asking her to. When I spoke to the manager after stepping out he asked me to “chill” and that this is how it works. I asked him to refund me 50% back since I didn’t get the steam and shower service to my satisfaction and he rudely kept 3k back on the table and told me here’s your full money. No apology, nothing. Major attitude for someone who is in the wrong at a “relaxing” service provider. Please avoid this place at all costs.
