Pathetic.... Not professional.. Stinking rooms.. Therapist don't even know what to do...just rabbing the body.. Don't deserve even 1 star.. I will recommend to keep 100 meter distance from this spa.

I didnt know waxing for men services will be available here i was so tired searching for one. I usually take my spa here and i happened to just enquire and to my surprise they did have waxing services for men ! Must say Vaishali attended me and her service was super class and even her spa(swedish) was super good ! My last exp with this spa was great and it kept up to my expectations this time too since it was almost 2 yrs i last visited them due to covid ! Keep it up

It's an experience in itself. The service is top notch. Done smoothening by Sam, Awesome staff. Quality products used. 100% customer satisfaction.would recommend it to all the women... Thank you

I visited with my member friend who has a membership for 34 visits balance. For one month they refused to give an appointment. After we booked as an walk-in client they refused the utilisation of the services with a very naive dialogue. They stopped membership which is fully paid and take no responsibility stating that they are Royal Orchid and no more Imperial. Well they still take bookings by the name of Imperial. What a shame to just refuse prepaid customers on their face and treat them on their visit. I think they don’t deserve being calling a Thai Spa, they are far far away from the culture of calling themselves, serving as Thai...
