Must say Vaishali attended me and her service was super class and even her spa(swedish) was super good ! My last exp with this spa was great and it kept up to my expectations this time too since it was almost 2 yrs i last visited them due to covid ! They stopped membership which is fully paid and take no responsibility stating that they are Royal Orchid and no more Imperial. Well they still take bookings by the name of Imperial. What a shame to just refuse prepaid customers on their face and treat them on their visit.
