I went for hair treatment and global hair colour but not done efficiently, all the hair colour washed out in a week as well as hair treatment was not done properly.after connecting with them the women who worked there blamed me that I tied my hair, but I did not. During the process they burned my scalp, I told the lady many times that please be gentle after all that was my hair but on the contrary she was arguing that nothing has happened to you. I think basic empathy is missing even if they hurt you during any treatment. And need to learn how to provide services. Whoever is doing facial her pressure is not good and even she didn't ask me like pressure is good or not If we are paying u for good service and then 2 girls are sitting for another customer. it's not good. If I am asking to do why they refused. I am ur old customer. We are coming to ur salon for ur hygienic and good service.
