I had a great experience with vitals skin and hair clinic . Dr Harish Prasad & Dr Bindu guided me and gave a special treatment for my facial hair , overall it was a good sessions with Dr Bindu as she so warm welcoming . Thank you , I’m grateful vitals skin and hair clinic .

I would not recommend this place. I strongly believe that doctors should take more time to understand their patients’ concerns instead of making assumptions about their issues. When tests are advised, patients expect the results to be reviewed and explained by the doctor. However, in my case, the medications were simply shared via WhatsApp without any proper explanation or details. Scheduling a follow-up appointment to discuss the results directly with the doctor was also not made easy or encouraged. I mainly visited for acne treatment, but instead of addressing my acne first, the doctor immediately suggested starting chemical peeling and MNRF treatments because of my pores and acne scars. I feel that the priority should have been treating my active acne before pushing expensive procedures. They recommended a cleanser, creams, and tablets, but unfortunately, these products were the worst I’ve ever used and actually harmed my skin. After using them, my acne got worse, and I had even more breakouts. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. What disappointed me the most was that instead of giving me a proper face moisturizer, they gave me MOISTPHIL Moisturizing Body Lotion (200ml). I specifically went for face treatment, so I don’t understand why they gave me a body lotion. It felt like they were just selling products rather than providing proper treatment. Honestly, this felt more like a business setup than a genuine skin clinic. Compared to another clinic I visited earlier, where I got 50-70% improvement, here they directly pushed costly treatments like chemical peeling and MNRF, which are also much more expensive than other clinics. Not at all satisfied with the service.

Recently visited this clinic for the fungal infection on my face. I have tried couple of other doctors before visiting here. The medicines worked really fine. Dr is very straight forward and told me the improvement needed from my side for maintaining my skin and hair. Though our consultation got over pretty fast (I usually expect a little more time in the consultations) the results were what I expected. Dr is very knowledgeable. I would visit here again for any skin/hair issues.
