Affordable and decent one. Ambience is just ok only but massage was professional one. Swedish massage with steam bath costed me only 1.5k. Loved it.

The quality has deteriorated so much in the last few months. Tried most of their common services - had a hair cut a few months back, it was a disaster. I had to then go to naturals to get it fixed. Initially their hair massage was good, but lately in the last few months, it’s so terrible that they just spread the oil over your hair and call it a massage. Only new joiners are sent for hair massage, who don’t know how to even wash your hair. A ton of oil has still remained in my hair while I leave the salon and the drying is even more awful. Just standing in the sun would do a better job. It’s sad that I have given it many chances and the quality is consistently bad. They are capable of doing good - but they have got too complacent recently. Would avoid going there if possible!

We had a very nice experience in Juwel :) The girls were extremely good. Massage was very good and relaxing ! The ambiance was also good.
