Apart from prime location everything else deserves 3/5 stars only. Parking is horrible and very bad. Even valet is on the joining roads. Food is ok okish and nothing great to drool for.

Location was great. As is common knowledge about Bangalore parking is always an issue , valet was of great help. Check in was a breeze. Front desk staff were very professional and courteous. Ordered pastries...must try them...outright heavenly especially the pineapple and the chocolate. Restaurants were not great. The semi outdoor restaurant had us seated in a corner where it was smelling of an open gutter. Waiters were polite and prompt. Food was average...palatable. Highlight of the meal was the pan. Wanted to sit outside at the roof top kebab restaurant , but it was plain dirty to say the least. Breakfast was quite apologetic...very poor service. Irresponsible , zombie like attitude of majority of the staff. Piece of advice to the management : cell phones are not great for workers especially in the hospitality industry. Make eye contact and have a welcoming body language that says 'Am glad you are here' , not " Oh God ! Not one more to serve ! " Would recommend for a short stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the service was outstanding. The hotel's location was convenient, and the dining options were top-notch. Highly recommended!

We had half saree ceremony in this Venue. After going through all the reviews i was confident it is going to turn out be to extremely good experience. Fortunately i experienced the same post my Event as well. Be it, Banquet hall arrangements, Dining hall arrangement, the food service from ppl (i opted for elle oota) customized the service based on our requirements. The food was extremely good and was customized based on our requirement and feedback. Sincere Appreciations to the overall service we have got from the entire Event team and Special Thanks & appreciations to Pertiket & Subina. Especially Pertiket was in constant touch with me on a regular basis until the event to ensure my needs are met. Great Work Pertiket!

I recently attended a meeting at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback on my experience. While the meeting rooms had good lighting and were well-suited for our discussions, I was disappointed to find that the parking area was full of garbage and debris. The area was very unhygienic, and the smell was unbearable. It detracted from the overall experience and left a negative impression on me. As a guest, I understand that the hotel have direct control over the garbage situation in the vicinity, but I feel it is important to address this issue as it is impacting the overall experience of your guests. I urge the hotel management to work with the House Keeping to improve the cleanliness and hygiene of the parking area. I hope this feedback helps to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
