VerifiedWorst saloon I ever visited. Mentioned hair cut in the package and after visiting they told it's just trimming. Racist lady was there who was so arogant and don't know how to talk to their customers. Never visit this branch.

VerifiedThey charged 100 for eyebrow trimming and did it uneven and they applied Dettol and Sanitizer as moisturizer

VerifiedThey don't have the trained staff. Tried to remove my black heads with the pedicure tools. She asked me to close the eyes....I didn't....then I saw she was trying to use that tool in my face. Which I stopped. Then the owner sent one staff to buy that tool .....till that time that girl and me was waiting. I was the only customer for facial there. Pathetic.

VerifiedVisited glam studio after being suggested by my friend. The place had a very calm and ambient environment which u don't see on an regular basis. The staff greeted me and had to only wait for 20 odd mins for my turn. During the wait got to know all the services they had to offer, u don't find some of these services in JP nagar that much. I only got my hair cut, they knew what they were doing and got it done as the way i wanted it to be. The staff was very friendly, polite and well mannered. Frankly speaking was a bit worried looking at the reviews given to the place, but didn't come across like such. Over all nice place to visit, planning to visit again and see how are the other services with them. Will give 5/5 for the decore and the environment, 4/5 for good services, 5/5 for the skilled employee who did my hair, 4/5 for the price as i feel 300 was a bit much for a hair cut but was worth it. Kudos to management for the place. I will definitely visit again.
