Earlier they were soooo good but now things have changed . Service is okay okay now for 999 package they take 5 hours . I was going here from 2018 .

Service was good!! Visited for the first time. Happy with facial and waxing. Little more care about hygiene would help for 5 stars. Over all staff is also very co operative!!

The services are excellent- Facials-massage is excellent-BUT they make so much noise that all the relaxation you get from the facial/massage is wasted. The staff go in and out of the rooms so many times, and the door make that creaking noise ,the staff use the bathroom so many times, the noise of switching on the light and opening and closing the door...Urggghhh .I truly request the management to train their staff in how to maintain some relaxed atmosphere while and after the facial and massage. They should be asked to use the bathroom in the upper floor where they all live ,oil the creaking doors and reduce the number of people coming and going ,not go in and out to the balcony to dry the clothes etc..

The service provided by the girls is awesome. I don't understand why calling them and coming is so important for them. Sometimes you just tend to walkin during mid of the week, and even if the girls are free and no much customers you are asked to wait just because you did not call and take an appointment. Only because of this reason I am giving 4 stars, else the service provided by the girls has no flaw.

It was our first visit to In-Touch and they have provided the very good service .We had great experience here except waiting for long hours (Which is normal on weekend peek hours) Thanks for having us !! They have good budget friendly packages available ,but one must spend min 3 to 5hours to have get done the same ....
