VerifiedWorst experience.Toe to Head K Star mall have poor standards to huge extent. It is overpriced and their hair colour service is bad as they are always using less quantity & left over colour products which results in incomplete coverage. There is no management person available whom we can complain

VerifiedPlace Is Really not Hospitable, And then they just keep on suggesting their suggestions Instead of hearing to the Client. Doing Worst Tactics To Make their work less. Worst place To Go for Haircut Or Any other Service

VerifiedHi these girls at dadar outlet have very worst attitude. They don't have sense to talk to customer. They kept me waiting for 30min after that they said this service is not available. While waiting I asked to switch on AC they asked me to leave the room and said come back after 20mins. Such a nonsense behaviour towards customer. Hope the higher authority will take action soon.

VerifiedI went to the dadar branch today on 7 July 2019. I told the lady in charge that I only wanted my hair to be trimmed by an inch only. Instead of listening to me, she made a discouraging face and insisted that my desired cut of an inch could not be done. Despite my asking her that I wanted a particular kind of cut, she simply refused to do it. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. I ended up leaving the place than have my hair get ruined. Very bad experience.

VerifiedCompletely satisfying haircut done by the hair stylist... It looked amazing when the hair was set post haircut and continued to look amazing even after the hair wash.
