Please open your parlour at GB road. I stay at cosmos Hawaiian village, near blue roof club and it's very far to visit every time. There are many societies around Owala naka and you will surely be benefitted too Thanks

This is in regards to my recent experience with hair coloring at Sarlas Manpada. Firstly , when I enquired about hair colouring charges, I wasn't given the correct amount and was handed over to the so called hair stylist for my requirements. I was clearly told by her that the global hair colour lasts for atleast two months post which I will be required to come for touch ups, which I completely understand. I purchased the after use shampoo and conditioner as well with the bill resulting to Rs.7000, which is still ok.After my colouring on 29th Jan'23, I left for my work travel and within a week my roots started showing. I came back from my travel on 22nd Feb to give them the feedback. To my surprise,I was completely ignored by the staff, made to wait and was told "Aap pehle kyu nahi aayi" and lied to me saying touchup is required every 15 days and we never said 2 months. To the management team, all I request is such service is not expected from Sarlas. There are various better salons but we come to sarlas for quality inspite of exorbitant rates. So learn to respect your customers and give them the honest services for what they pay. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and I would myself not step into Sarlas ever.

Amazing experience as always at Sarlas Dosti impria branch.Loved the way how nicely Shubhangi did the facial and hair colour so perfectly within given time span.Thank you Sarlas for giving us our best time at your place..!!

I was putting off writing this review. But, honestly, absolutely horrible place to avail services from. Had got 2 pedicures and a manicure done from here. The services were so cheap. For the prices they are charging they don’t even pretend to actually follow the procedures. I paid 4.5k for 3 services. Mid service the receptionist comes and demands us to pay because she is closing shop. Third class treatment for luxury price paid. Even the staff is very arrogant. Sarlas has been a disappointment time and time again.

I am using services of ‘Sarlas’ past 7-8 years. The beauticians n hair stylist are well trained and attend every need of you professionally and efficiently.. Whenever I am pressed on time they help me completing services in minimum time by providing multiple beauticians..Appreciate that they value customers time and needs. The ambience of parlour is pleasant , spacious and comfortable..A must try.
