Firstly , when I enquired about hair colouring charges, I wasn't given the correct amount and was handed over to the so called hair stylist for my requirements. I was clearly told by her that the global hair colour lasts for atleast two months post which I will be required to come for touch ups, which I completely understand. I purchased the after use shampoo and conditioner as well with the bill resulting to Rs.7000, which is still ok.After my colouring on 29th Jan'23, I left for my work travel and within a week my roots started showing. I came back from my travel on 22nd Feb to give them the feedback. To my surprise,I was completely ignored by the staff, made to wait and was told "Aap pehle kyu nahi aayi" and lied to me saying touchup is required every 15 days and we never said 2 months. To the management team, all I request is such service is not expected from Sarlas. There are various better salons but we come to sarlas for quality inspite of exorbitant rates. So learn to respect your customers and give them the honest services for what they pay. But, honestly, absolutely horrible place to avail services from. Had got 2 pedicures and a manicure done from here. The services were so cheap. For the prices they are charging they don’t even pretend to actually follow the procedures. I paid 4.5k for 3 services. Mid service the receptionist comes and demands us to pay because she is closing shop. Third class treatment for luxury price paid. Even the staff is very arrogant.
