Looking at my hair type the staff suggested me for layered cut and said it would cost 800/- I said ok. It was quite disappointing about the experience I had . The staff was so harsh on my hair . I agree my hair gets tangled very soon but she was brushing it so harshly even though I was giving her painful expressions. By the time she finished, my scalp was paining like hell. They don't care for their customers. All they need is money. At the end she charged 900/- which is more than what she said earlier. I usually hesitate argue hence paid whatever asked for. But would definitely not visit again and even will suggest my friends and relatives not to visit. Haircut is quite okay not upto the mark.
