Especially if you want a special type of color treatment or any effect, please do consider a salon with actual results of their works and not just assumptions shown by the staff. I recently got a balayage treatment done from here and it was totally opposite of the picture I showed them. Which looks too horrible and also damaged my hair. Total waste of my 5k Rs. I agree my hair was damaged.... But I asked for a blonde balayage not golden. The hairstylist was good but lacked some sense for mixing of colors. And my major issue is that my hair looks more of golden than blonde. So I guess that was the hairstylist's fault rather than blaming on my hair structure. Also, your apology won't cure the mess your new experiment has caused to my hair. You should know the procedures well before experimenting on your customers.
