I visited this salon for hair color...and the result was amazing...it was way better than I expected..Staff was very polite and helping...no doubt about service and hospitality😀

Service is good but too expensive , you will get the same service in any other good salon in half price so i feel not worth spending huge money here Reply to your comment - I arrived for the first time, so don't tell me about your membership pricing, but I spent 1600 rs. Not everyone is going to buy your membership, which is an extra expense, only for cleanup and normal honey hand wax.

The service is okay but please do not consider for high end treatments. Especially if you want a special type of color treatment or any effect, please do consider a salon with actual results of their works and not just assumptions shown by the staff. I recently got a balayage treatment done from here and it was totally opposite of the picture I showed them. Which looks too horrible and also damaged my hair. Total waste of my 5k Rs. I agree my hair was damaged.... But I asked for a blonde balayage not golden. The hairstylist was good but lacked some sense for mixing of colors. And my major issue is that my hair looks more of golden than blonde. So I guess that was the hairstylist's fault rather than blaming on my hair structure. Also, your apology won't cure the mess your new experiment has caused to my hair. You should know the procedures well before experimenting on your customers. Because if your experiment fails, you will charge the customer according to your rates and it will be customer's loss of money, time as well as beauty of the area that is affected.
