Me n my husband went for couple swedish spa this sunday the massage was for 60 mins but they wrapped up 10 mins before. N they told us to have bath while we were changing clothes the girl came n changed the sheets for next session. They didn't allow us to relax even for one minute after the massage she was too much in hurry to drive us out for next appointment. Neither did i like the towels n all were very dirty n torn not at all hygienic and didn't feel relaxed at all will never recommend anyone to this spa. They didn't look professional.

Went fr a foot massage. On the phone was informed its a 45min massage fr 600rs however the massage was for 30min only. The massage itself was strictly okay, there other places tht given a better massage in thane. You will not miss anything if you go to other spa's...

Very hygienic, ambience very top of the line, lady at reception was very welcoming, staff was also very polite and made sure you are comfortable... therapist was very good she had a very good Technique of doing massage...plz visit once....i have been to few spas but this was the best experience i ever had....

Located across a far of location in Ghodbunder near Kasarvadavli, Urban Spa is one of the best of its kind to visit. Blissful, Pleasant & Rejuvenating experience provided by the staff and the reception folks Kinjal & Vidhi are paying proper attention to the clients. I would personally recommend Urban Spa as they have plenty of massages with them. Kudos to Team Urban.

Fabulous spa ! I have myself taken a 15k package with them. Amazing therapist. Take completely care of you and your needs, you just need to be open about it. Special mention - Shelly. She is my favourite therapist. Reduced my rating to 4 star becz of the bath fittings. Have mentioned it multiple time to the receptionist. They need to work on the shower and other bathroom fittings big time.
