My visit to Scent Salon at Lavelle Road was an experience in itself. From the time that I walked in to the time I walked out. I was welcomed by the staff at Scent and was explained in detail about the spa treatments I can take. My stylist Lucy was such a jovial person and worked to give my hair the pampering that they missed. Every step was explained by her in detail. My hair feels much better and softer now. The ambience of the place is amazing, staff is friendly and there variety of options to choose from. Totally recommended!

Amazing experience! My mom and sister don't visit salons very often ,they are socially anxious but when I read reviews about scent i decided to book a relaxing day for them and this truly was the best decision, my mom got botox treatment done by Ms Lucy and my sister got baby lights done they both were extremely comfortable throughout and i was so glad we choose Scent and Ms Lucy for the service's. I will recommend everyone to visit Scent and experience this for themselves. Thank you Scent ! Cheers ❤️

Body massage was great. Pedicure was also good. Facial was simple but oke. The girl who did it was wonderful. The toilet (seat) could be cleaner and relaxing music would be nicer than club beats when getting a massage. Overall: okay, but in my humble opinion the salon could be cleaner and a more relaxing experience with some small changes.

Very bad "Massure" I got for my foot massage today . She was so sleepy...absolutely no energy at all in her body to give foot massage . She was not a trained massure as I kept telling her how and where to put pressure . I didnt get 1min rest as continuously she kept dping it wrongly. After I gave her the feedback to change the person, she didn't bother and continued . I gave the feedback to the lady duty manager after the session , but no action was taken and bill was handed over saying next time they will take care. I tried reaching out to Mr.Vijay ( the owner ) to give feedback but best to write here so people are aware before walking-in to SCENT in future.Bad service , AC was not working in this summer weather, lights were off in most of the areas, staff were sleeping on customer's chair, dirty bathroom , no music ...nothing welcoming about this place. I have always gone to sahakar nagar location and was expecting Lavelle road much better as I wanted to take my daughter for a haircut. My expectation was absolutely shattered today !!! Not worth the price they charge !!! Hardly any customer being weekend. The charm of SCENT is over because of these run down place and service . Not recommended !!! Will not go again !!! Suggestion : Please see today's episode on CCTV and take feedback to work upon if you want to sustain.
