VerifiedThe ground floor of the salon seems like a proper salon, the staff knows customer service. But it was surprising for me that inspite of being decently priced they don't even offer bottled water but give water in not very clean glasses. My menicure and pedicure was done by a a guy (if I'm not wrong Manoj), it was one of the best I have experienced. After that I was sent to the top floor for my hair spa and facial. The overall atmosphere of this floor was like a local parlor. Inspite of charging in the range of 1500-2000, the hair spa was done in like 20 mins - absolute disappointment and waste of money. The facial was the shortest time facial I have done. The entire facial was done in 35-40 mins. I do not think I will go there again for any service other than the menicure and pedicure.

VerifiedI am regularly customer of Shiva, my favourite hair dresser is Faijan. Who gives me a great look. Thanks Faijan and thanks Shiva's for great service.

VerifiedI have been visiting Shivas since 4 years now and I get the utmost care from all Jay and Ashish, hairspa by Ashish was the best i have had in years and the way Jay does pedicures just leaves me completely relaxed at the end of it all, I would completely recommend these two if you are looking for a self pampering session!

VerifiedEarlier they provided superb services but now their facility and staff both have been downgraded. If this continues then soon they will have to either shift or shutter down their business. Because Dombivli is seeing such a huge rise in professional salons providing good services at better rate as compared to Shiva. My personal experience: My wife took appointment and went to the salon for pedicure firstly the seat wasn't available even after taking appointment well in advance. Hot water wasn't working. Person who did pedicure, scrubbed her leg so rigorously that she got a cut on her toe. I did my beard triming and the person who trimmed my beard left a patch which forced me to shave my entire beard and regrow it.

VerifiedAshish is very professional hair stylist with polite nature. Done great hair cut of mine. I had done haircut 1st with him but I was like he know customer requirements very well.
