But it was surprising for me that inspite of being decently priced they don't even offer bottled water but give water in not very clean glasses. My menicure and pedicure was done by a a guy (if I'm not wrong Manoj), it was one of the best I have experienced. After that I was sent to the top floor for my hair spa and facial. The overall atmosphere of this floor was like a local parlor. Inspite of charging in the range of 1500-2000, the hair spa was done in like 20 mins - absolute disappointment and waste of money. The facial was the shortest time facial I have done. The entire facial was done in 35-40 mins. I do not think I will go there again for any service other than the menicure and pedicure. 2/5 Mar 09, 2023 Deepak Nayak Verified Earlier they provided superb services but now their facility and staff both have been downgraded. If this continues then soon they will have to either shift or shutter down their business. Because Dombivli is seeing such a huge rise in professional salons providing good services at better rate as compared to Shiva. My personal experience: My wife took appointment and went to the salon for pedicure firstly the seat wasn't available even after taking appointment well in advance. Hot water wasn't working. Person who did pedicure, scrubbed her leg so rigorously that she got a cut on her toe.
