I availed services - Deep tissue massage. Very good service, really appreciate the quality and professionalism. As a sports person, it was very nice as my muscles were very relaxed after the session.

Poor service.... The therapist Rani was good in massage, but too talkative and will ask too many personal questions, which is not her business. However, after massage she asked me to tip her, when I tipped her 300₹ she was very disappointed and was expecting 800₹. Also my overall bill was 4200₹ and the guy at the front desk asked me to settle 4000₹ through card and 200₹ in cash. No bill copy was provided, which means 200₹ went to his own pocket. As per your below comments don’t teach me the etiquettes. Firstly ask your staff to behave and not to beg for a tip...

Good spa, shower facilities in almost all rooms, most therapists are good, couple room is available, one room has a jacuzzi tub but never tried, charges are on the higher side compared to other options in Navi Mumbai.

I have purchased Online vouchers of Reevees Spa & Salon which state that i can avail the services any day across 7 days. However the Spa Management has time and again simply denied me giving services on sunday on one excuse or other. They simply ask if i have voucher and hang up the call. I & my family members had purchased many packages of this Spa. Consumers be ware of this malpractice. these people have an attitude which is not at all consumer friendly
