Went for Hair triming thinking it is nearby, and it is very expensive and the service is rubbish. don't ever go

I had to attend a party and went for hair styling and light make up as the parlour is near to me , they asked me what services I wanted and I said them that I bend hair styling and light make up , for light make up they told charges for Rs 2500 and for hair styling 800 , I thought to go with hair styling only and desi uses to get a touch up on my own , but in the name of hair styling they only rolled my hairs all around and didn’t create any look , like side parting / bun / mid parting or curling.. finally i was not able to attend with what they did as there was no look given . They first of all do not show their rate chart and tell the customer whatever they like , also they do not have catalogues from which customer can choose and their staff who did my hair styling was too arrogant . Anyways I paid in full but will never go or suggest anyone to go

I really want to give them 5stars as the owners are very nice people. But got keratin treatment here a few days back and the stylist did a good job overall. However it was very painful and when I informed him, he said a little pain was normal. But it was almost unbearable I thought all my hair would fall off. I have got hair smothering done at a different salon and never felt this level of pain though it’s a slightly different process. There was a big communication gap between us because of language barrier. I felt he did not understand what I was telling him. It would be great if the staff first tried to understand you and then proceed. Overall, the staff is very polite, they offered tea/coffee a couple of times as I was there for about 6 hours. I got a complimentary food massage too.

Best salon in town. I dont go for expensive salons rather I prefer this. Super satisfactory service, friendly behaviour and they understand my needs. I keep looking at myself for hours post haircut since the outcome is superawesome. I forgot the lady's name but she is the best and understand my need very well.
