Got my make-up & hair done for a friend’s wedding. The MUA Preeti was very swift and professional. Would definitely visit again for party make-up. The funny thing though was the false lashes. It was way too long and too thick. One could easily identify that its a fake one 😀😀 I’ve a Mongolian feature hence the less thick and more subtle lashes would fit my looks more 🤭😀

Sandeep was fantastic — they took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. I recently visited this salon for a haircut, hoping for a professional and satisfying experience, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The owner/ stylist who I thought was professional at first, but Within minutes, my hair was completely ruined. I was devastated and I cried for hours and was so upset that I couldn't sleep that night. Despite the disaster he created,he had the audacity to charge me the full price for the haircut. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation, which speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism I am beyond disappointed and will never be returning to this salon. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking an appointment here, as my experience was nothing short of traumatic.
