The owner/ stylist who I thought was professional at first, but Within minutes, my hair was completely ruined. I was devastated and I cried for hours and was so upset that I couldn't sleep that night. Despite the disaster he created,he had the audacity to charge me the full price for the haircut. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation, which speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism I am beyond disappointed and will never be returning to this salon.
