I went there to get my hair cut and set my beard; I must say it was a very pleasant experience, especially because of their welcoming and super kind staff. Needless to mention Mr. Pradeep Kumar, who did my hair cut and beard, which I was super impressed with, as he was very knowledgeable, knew his stuff very well, and without having a reference, he understood my style and got it absolutely perfect. Highly recommend him. 3/5 Jan 26, 2025 Shree Mahamaya Arts & Culture Verified The hair spa details were shared with me upon asking basic was not even mentioned and they wanted to sell me the most expensive one costing 3000/- i settled for 1800 one and their executive came and told me head massage isn't available in on the basic one only application is there Then said 1800 isn't the basic one but that will have hair massage Their staff is either fooling everyone else or misguiding new clients beth conveniently. Also what took me over was the extra cost on the blow-drying. It wasn't mentioned that blow dry wet hair for a person alongwith the hair spa isn't complimentary I was asked how would I like my hair to dry whether straight or curls, like all other salons ask while washing the hair cream. They charged us 500 extra for blow drying my wet hair without even asking me at the first place or even notifying me that it would cost extra!! Like they believe that I would have said yes to that in the beginning What you send your clients back with wet hair after a hair spa or what? Ridiculous miscommunication prevails Would never visit again.
