Due to some medical emergencies I need to sale the item but I was shocked to know that the item cost is only 36000/- , which costed Rs.33000/- 10 years back. On present day, Current offer by shopkeeper, the diamond value which is offered is reduced by 9000/- rs. The excuse is given that the diamond cost is reduced from old price as diamond prices have tendency to reduce from current value. The explanation given is totally unjustified. Since the purchased was done 10 years back so I was hopeful that I would be getting atleast 3 times of the amount invested as the gold prices has shooted up 3 times from 2016 till date but the value which I am getting is very low what I have invested at that time. This is fraud done by shopkeeper at that time with us, so request you to take action against the shopkeeper and get us the justice. In 2016, I purchased a diamond jewellery set from their store, trusting their certification, which claimed the set contained genuine diamonds and 18K gold. To my shock, a recent evaluation by a reputed jeweller revealed that the diamonds are of extremely poor quality — not even classified as real diamonds. Furthermore, the gold that was certified as 18K turned out to be an imitation metal, not genuine gold. The evaluating jeweller confirmed these findings and assessed the set's value accordingly. When I approached S.K. Jewellers regarding this matter, the owner did not entirely deny the issue but significantly devalued the jewellery from its original purchase price. Despite my request for compensation based on the current market rate, he refused to provide a fair resolution. Only stone get automatically flew of from the ring I went to the shop they fixed it and again that stone flew away due to my emotions I weared that ring without that one stone for past 4 yrs...now history repeats..on 28-08-2023. I went again to that shop to sell that ring and buy that new one...I upgraded my budget bought a new one and by that night only one stone again flew away from that ring...
