Very bad experiences telling lye only I highly recommend don't purchase any items in girias. I bought fridge first they tell free delivery to home after purchase when they came home they want delivery charge and extra money also . When I called sales person he didn’t respond our cal after so many cal he picked and tell u have pay delivery charge otherwise item will return to showroom very bad experience don’t go to girias

Prices are always above MRP price and they quote that as MRP and say they are giving it on discount, but the thing is they will be selling it above MRP itself. We went to enquire about microwave oven. Prices were very high and only few options available. Only 8 models were available and overpriced. I felt that the staff was a bit rude. Price is something which the store need to focus on.

Bought a Daikin AC , sales people told next day it will be installed , the installation people came after 4 days , and then they say core cutting will take 1 day , very unhappy with Girias , third class service. Will never go to them again for any products , till sales they will fall on your feet after payment you have to fall on their feet

Recently i visited this showroom, to purchase a washing machine and a refrigerator. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable in terms of product availability, customer service and price ranges. The collection for washing machines is wide but for a single door refrigerator the options available were very few. The costing was done in comparison with the online price in multiple outlets and shopping apps. The best price is given, if not they will match with cover and stand for your satisfaction. They informed that the installation will be by the respective brand and yes it was as they said. But the installation and instructions were very poor (Bosch washing machine and godrej refrigerator), he didn't even spend more than 10 mins to complete this installation, that was pathetic. The most pathetic thing about shopping here is transportation charges. They will tell you that transportation is free but they will insist you to pay 600. If the home is on the 3rd floor or the effective space for movement of equipment is complex with stairs they prefer to move via ropes for which they change additional 300. Day time loot. Overall the product quality is good. This review is completely based on my experience here.

Recently bought Bosch Fridge from this store. They have Wide range of collection with competitive prices. They offer good discount compared to other major stores. All Staff are friendly and give all information. Mr. Manoj gave good service. Contact him for Bosch products. If you are buying accessories, please ensure they fit the specifications of purchased product. Exchanging will be bit hectic later. Though they say Free Delivery, they pre-fix the gratitude amount to delivery boys at the time of billing. So basically it becomes Compulsory Delivery charges than Gratitude amount. Store need to work on this policy. I would recommend this store.
