VerifiedThe worst experience. Got my hair smoothening done. On the very first wash the straightning came out and it was all back to curly hair. He applied the the cream on my roots and the hair was entirely burnt Suffered a massive hair loss. And worst part is he does not accept the mistake. Do not go to the parlour. Will omly get dissapointed.
