Well maintained, clean gym. The trainers are helpful, and knowledgeable. The gym also has an evening yoga and mixed martial arts class. Evenings gets crowded. Afternoons are relatively less crowded. They have plans for 3, 6 and 12 months.

Love this Gym. Trainers are helpful so is the staff. Ample space to do your regular workout plus stretch, separate cardio space. Trained with the head trainer Mr. Sagar Pednekar and loved every bit of it. His knowledge regarding every aspect involved is impeccable and he explains in detail about the correct forms and techniques required and why which is very rare and equally important. And they have many classes including yoga and HIIT and others which are wonderful to say the least.

Gym is very good. But giving one star because some senior trainers are very rude. Some of them create nuisance with their cilents. Here is a demo of what happens. Other trainers like aditya and kalim sir are very good.

One of the premium gyms. Located on the 4th floor of the facility. Valet parking is available. Outside shoes are not allowed, like pretty much every gym in Bombay. Staff is good, professional and friendly. They have several floor trainers throughout the day as well as personal trainers. Gym is the least busy from 11AM through 3:30 PM. Group classes are offered on the upper floor, which include kick boxing, spin, cardio, Zumba, yoga, and more. The CrossFit room.is very very small, not enough for a couple of tire flips. Locker room has plenty of lockers, get your own locks. The staff is always there cleaning up the locker and shower rooms. Steam room is available be takes few mins to get going. Overall a good place to workout.

This is among one of the best gyms in the city. Its centrally located on Pali naka, Bandra west. Valet parking is available throughout the day. Recently the Gym space has been expanded to make it more spacious. Its a Duplex Gym, 1st floor being Weights,Cardio & TRX section, whereas, the 2nd floor is basically for cardio,floor training and Spinning. Steam/sauna facility is also available for members, separately for both Gents & Ladies, towels are also provided. They have a small cafe which sells healthy food & drinks. Personal lockers to keep valuable items during gyming session are also provided in both Gents and Ladies changing rooms. Personal trainers can be hired. Group fitness classes for kick boxing,bollywood dance,zumba,yoga & spinning are conducted throughout the day and any cancellations are informed on time. The machines are well maintained by servicing them once a month Evening times the Gym can be a bit crowded, but ample cardio machines are there to not to keep the members waiting.
