Sharanya showed a nightmare. I am writing this review still having pain. We go to relax after a stress filled day, but she made it even worst. 1) She did not ask what oil to be used for massage, when I only insisted I need coconut oil she told I am using that only. Without asking how did she know what I needed 2) She was so hard on scalp, face and neck that left me with pain. I told it's paining, she did not even bother 3) I have all rashes on face after getting the massage done I wouldn't have written this review, if this pain and rashes would have been so bad. I would have ignored it. Now for pain and rashes also I have to spend for treatment. I am a client for HOP from past 10yrs, but still get this bad service.
