I was waiting for 20-30 minutes, Karishma Chopped off one eyebrow, she made it very thin and also eyebrows are not even done in a proper way, Worst Experience. No Quality Service, Disappointed ☹️

Good place, vfm, and very conveniently located. Karthik styles the hair really well, which is to be expected since he's closely connected with the film industry!

Visited for the first time and Mr surender has done my hair do ..he is really amazing in it and also very professional hair dresser, simply loved the hair cut .they maintain hygiene with good care .

Had been to Hop, Malleswaram on 9th Jan for Head Massage. Sharanya showed a nightmare. I am writing this review still having pain. We go to relax after a stress filled day, but she made it even worst. 1) She did not ask what oil to be used for massage, when I only insisted I need coconut oil she told I am using that only. Without asking how did she know what I needed 2) She was so hard on scalp, face and neck that left me with pain. I told it's paining, she did not even bother 3) I have all rashes on face after getting the massage done I wouldn't have written this review, if this pain and rashes would have been so bad. I would have ignored it. Now for pain and rashes also I have to spend for treatment. I am a client for HOP from past 10yrs, but still get this bad service. Very disappointed

You take an appointment and despite that they make you sit and wait for 30 minutes because they dont have a roon empty. Highly unprofessional. Works like some local in house "parlour" with no respect to customer's time.
