They are very friendly and professional. I did a lot of services here and below are a few services and my experience Hair : I usually come for root touchup but eventually wanted to do french balayage. Shashi was the senior stylist and i was amazed by the results, changed my whole look, she rocked it. I got so many compliments. Will attach the photos. She is one of the best and expert stylist i met, can you believe i don't go for any hair do's if shashi is not there. She is one of the best in town ❤️. Facials, waxing, pedicure and manicure : 1. Facials : They don't force you into doing a bomb facial(expensive), they suggest what suits your skin. They care about you! The experts in this are Nethra and Lakshmi. Love them both and their services and the differences after a facial is amazing. I usually go for kiwi fruit facial which suits me as suggested by nethra. Love her and her services a lot 😄 2. Waxing : sensitive skin, so as suggested by Nethra always sensi-gold facial. I have started seeing less hair growth. 3. Pedicure and manicure : I have to mention, i came in suddenly with my mom for a pedicure without prior appointment, it was a holiday and only Lakshmi was there. She did it for both of us simultaneously and wow, my mom's leg Had a lot of cracks but it all went away after just 1 pedicure. This is an appreciation for her dedication, and the clean execution. Nethra is amazing at this too ❤️😄 I do not go anywhere else or don't feel comfortable with these services if Nethra or Lakshmi are not available. I enter ylg differently and exit ylg with more confidence 😄 The manager , Jeevitha i think - is a very co-operative, friendly and understanding person. She manages so well. I see everytime i visit, if it's the beginning of the day, she makes sure every staff reads out an oath, and she manages them so well which gives good customer experience Lastly the cleaning person - tulsi, provides good hospitality, very patient and sweet. First time she did good job, second time I went looked like she was in a very bad mood that day and wasn't even smiling or talking and her face looked upset that day. For her upset day, my hair is gone for toss. Such a terrible haircut she cut that day. I need to wash my hair each day after thay to set my hair. This is worst experience that I had, she did tell me one week my fair should be fine. It takes years to set or grow. If your staff mood is bad please ask them to take a day off and not take that anger out on customer precious hair! This is honest feedback that I am very old customer of YLG Today I received a call from YLG for haircut I asked them to share the hair stylist name who cut my hair previous, they said they will call back and till now no call returned Nexttime I have to really think if I will go back to YlG or Not!
