When you are in coffee on the table and when you are upset and ask a rejob or rework not even glass of water in this heat.if you are a celebrity or whose who lucky.if common man not that much attention..simple complain Chinese whisper hill out of a mole.very low behavior standard after complain.thank god an intervention of a gentleman to help my disaster.staff so defensive not ready to acknowledge understand but too adamant.i didn't wanted to faint hence asked a glass of water in this heat I usually carry my water bottle. Need to learn to accept mistakes and correct it without being offensive and defensive and maintain same service standards when guest upset and not make the guest feel at fault.

Have been amazing experience for Past many years, never came across such honest and faithful staff and co-owners, they explain the procedure so right and correctly. Have done hair color several times and had been surprisingly satisfied with treatment they do, which makes me feel more beautiful Everytime ..... Keep up the good work and thank you for the efforts .... Remain Blessed!!!

I have never come across senior staff as RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL as the one that manages the Linking Road branch of this salon. And I do hope whoever owns this salon actually reads this. This was the 3rd time I visited and trust me this is going to be the last time. This time around I was here to get the exact same thing I got done the last time; innoa root touch up with olaplex. I was obviously assigned a new staff member. I noticed he wasn’t doing the Olaplex treatment the way i had gotten it done from anywhere else in the past. And I have been doing this treatment for at least the last 3 years at least once 2 months from some of the best salons in the area. When I asked him about it he couldn’t explain why he did what he did and tried giving me some excuse about how there are two different ways of doing this! When I showed him the bottle that had the instructions exactly as per my experience, a certain POOJA from the staff Jumped in and started telling me in the rudest possible way that I was wrong and they were right. Even she couldn’t explain to me why their process was different from the instructions on the bottles. Right from the time she started speaking her tone and demeanour was downright rude. When I told her that I didn’t appreciate the way she was speaking she walked away and came back with someone she introduced as the ‘ expert’ ( some jerk called SHOBHIT or something). I asked him the exact same question and he too had no answer and told me that I didn’t know how it’s done. And at that point the senior stylist who had done my hair the previous time came around so I asked her to to tell them how she had done the exact same procedure the last time around. She admitted that she had done it exactly the way I was describing it, which was completely as per the instructions on the bottles, and on every single website ever that detailed out Olaplex. At this point the only thing Pooja could say was ‘ I can’t say what you did the last time’ so basically these idiots have absolutely NO IDEA what they were talking about all along and when someone from their staff confirmed that I was right, the defence was as random as ever The most ridiculous thing though was that while walking away our expert SHOBHIT muttered something about me being over smart. When I pointed out that I heard that his reaction was to say ‘ good’ !!! For a salon that has been around for so long, I don’t know how this is acceptable! Seems like they are so complacent that they really don’t care about adding new clientele. Their pricing is the same as some of the most premium salons in the area but the attitude of these guys totally unacceptable In fact the junior staff who was doing my hair apologised saying he was only what he was asked to! Just hope that the owner of this salon realises what is going on before she loses more clients like my friend and I

Please do not go there to get anything done. I had gone to get my upper lip and eyebrows and they first charged me Rs330/- which nobody charges and the excuse was GST. After checking I went back in talked to the owner and in front of him got the whole breakup and the actual cost was rs210. They're just looting people only cause they're trusted.
