It's my regular for waxing and threading. Tried haircut for the first time and I'm seething as I'm writing this. I showed the guy the picture of the haircut I wanted twice and very clearly said I need it to be that way exactly with the same length and just shorter bangs on the face. He said okay and kept cutting my front hair into feathers and asked if it's okay. I said ok as I thought he'd make it shorter for the bangs. But he looked done with it so I got suspicious. Showed him the pic again and asked if he's doing that only. He pointed at another pic and said that he was doing that. I said no not that. I didn't show that. And told him to leave the front and do the back the way I want. He just shortened it a bit, took a pic and showed it and said he's done. When I argued he said "chote baal aap pe acche nai lagenge", "iss baar maine jaisa kiya vaisa enjoy kar lo, next time short kar dunga" . Of course I just lost it right there and screamed at him. His co worker came and I told her everything. He lied that i told him to shorten the front the way he did. I said I clearly mentipned bangs, whatever he did aren't even bangs. He said itna English nahi aata. Then said one month kuch mat karna, next month theek kar dunga. I asked for someone else who would just cut it the way I wanted cuz it was still possible. They said there wasn't anyone else available except that idiot. And he unabashedly kept laughing. I would have slapped that stupid smile off his face had I not left. His parting words "arey ma'am bulow dry toh karte jao". If you Essence guys are reading it, the girls you have there are great. Change the fools you have for haircut.

Horrible service. Never come to this salon for threading. They will ruin your eyebrows.
