The ambience needs to improve and the conversation between the owner and the employees is disturbing. All products used are kept secret and if asked what did they use, they would name a brand but not sure if they using that one. It seems employees are not allowed to show what Color they using for touch up , what bleach they using on face etc. after pedicure since I didn’t check.. they just out applied one coat of nail paint and left. I realised this later. I agree the touch up Color stayed for long but I deserve to see which brand was applied on my hair.

I went for a haircut, on the phone she says they charge between 600-700 but after the cut she gives me a bill of 1200 + 450 for hair wash. Hair wash is usually included in the cut itself, understand she might want to charge extra but hiking the price of the cut from 600 to 1200 is not only unprofessional but also lacks integrity. The haircut is below average, she chopped off too much of my length, it’s too flat - I had asked for a very different cut. Not recommended!

Went to get a layered haircut and the lady told us AFTER cutting the hair that the hair is too short to show layers now. I went last time too and a different lady cut it nicely in layers. Extremely disappointed. It’s not even on both sides properly. Just waiting for the hair to grow back again.

They are very pricy...considering they are local parlour charged double rates for everything. Used cloth to wax. No AC in facial room. No rate card. They charged me 70 for upperlip. I hated the experience. Not recommended

One of the worst experience i have ever had, i had come for haircut and waxing the both girl's were treating as if i am animal, they were pulling my hairs, i would recommend people pls pls never go there, and they charged 1650 for haircut, my first and last experience pathetic, hopeless the staff as well.
