Would not recommend this place at all. The staff pushed their facial packages on us and once we paid it they stopped responding. It was extremely hard to get an appointment for services I’ve already paid for. The staff kept saying they’ll check their schedule and call back but they never did. I had to follow up with them constantly just to get an appointment. When I finally got an appointment they made me wait for over an hour. What is the point of scheduling appointments if you don’t adhere to it? They absolutely do not value clients time. Didn’t expect this from bodycraft at all. I’d suggest you look at other places for a pleasant experience.

Been coming here for years and have always got really good service. The stylists are quite aware of what different hair types need. Recently got a haircut from Arun who knew how to take care of curly hairs well and provided great service! Highly recommend

I am very unhappy with the lack of communication with the service provided. I had requested nails with acrylic extensions. On completing the service, I was asked which nail paint I would like and that was that. Afterwards when checking my bill, I was charged not only for the original extensions, but also gel even though I had never requested for anything of the sort. Please be very careful and continuously clarify with the staff! Otherwise they will surely overcharge you! Further, the staff at the reception counters is extremely impatient. I will ensure that nobody in my network is to visit this salon.

I have done my nails done and it had come out by one week so I have to raise the complaint again they did me and it is still very worst it has not even stayed for more than 2 weeks it came out, the product is so pathetic here and what ever we ask they don’t have stock availability and no transparency in the price or people while taking inside. In front me they are telling there mail artist as it will stay for 7-10 days that’s it you do we will see if we are getting any complaint, and this is how they talk in front of the customers and attitude is bad when I asked about 699 offer they were telling u should get message and other stuff than why do you post in Instagram which means its for everyone right infact I posted my enquiry in Instagram than only I got a call first time also the billing person did not tell me properly when I asked he is telling didn’t the artist tell u , y should I ask her he should be the one should explain me why and how it is charged and next time when I went for correction when I asked Manisha she was also telling you should get message date when u came it should be applicable all stupid excuses they were telling and mail artist she herself donno which language she is comfortable what ever I ask she will in confusion to answer. I made a very pathetic and bad decision selecting this salon. Really bad choices I made in selecting this salon they don’t even deserve to get 1 rating as well.

I took hair coloring and hair cut service. The service was awesome. Mr. Bijay was the one who took care of me today. He was so polite and patient and his work is awesomely good..so happy.
