The best part about been at Aura thai spa Bandra East is that they provide some of the most effective and personalized therapies which aims to maintain the health of the mind and spirit. They use different kinds of oils and techniques...The Therapist here are very Well Trained And Spa is Neat and Clean And Fresh Towels and Loofah is also provided..I will Definitely Take Membership Package when I will visit next time..Thank you Aura..

Run down facility, floors broken, carpets stained, chairs stained, the bedcovers and towels stinks... extremely badly maintained facility. I was surprised to see the food menu on the counter when i entered. Thankfully the therapist was better, but again i was given a room next to staff room and the staff was chatting and listening to audio/video without headphones. I would not go here again

The therapist did not note time before starting and completed in less than 40 minutes while charging for 60 minutes.they don't give massage on head o face. Okay service.

Bad ambience, massage was also not good. Most shocking and annoying was that even though I took full body deep tissue massage, I was told that it doesn't include foot massage. Is foot not part of body? Ridiculous! Not worth of Rs.2400.
