The number provided is not correct. How does one book an appointment?

One of the worst places I've visited.. Inspite of taking appointments there's no value for it, which we have faced many times.. They note down some other number and in case of any issue with the stylist/person whom we have taken appointment with is unavailable, they call the wrong number which was noted & the receptionist rudely says that I already had informed you via call.. We going all the way to get the service done have to come back by getting yelled at for our mistake of trusting the brand name.. The owner and few of the the stylists are good, but the front line who is responsible for the appointments (reception)is the worst since years.. Avoid this place to have better experience..

Hair colouring service was very unprofessional. My hair is unevenly coloured, length of colouring is more on the right side than the left, which looks so bad. The way he spoke to me, he said he knew exactly what he was doing, but later i found out that i made a mistake by trusting him. He even got the colour completely wrong (I wanted pinkish/rose gold colour and he made it bright red). Also, i told him repeatedly to do it only on the ends but he went a lot higher, very close to the roots. (Even after i kept telling him not to do it). I'm sorry sir, but please get professional training and please follow exactly what the customer wants.

My hair dresser was Smriti, she delivered exactly what i wanted and i have visited this place from quite some time, but my best experience was with her till date. I loved what i received and would truly recommend the same.

Salon service starts only at 9 am even though website says 8 30 am. Absolutely no concern for clients time. When questioned about the timings staff says that they management is aware that the staff walk in at 9 am. Then I wonder why has management has not changed the timing? You really don’t want to hurry and get late for things in the morning!!!. Poor show!!!!.
