I booked an appointment with Sunny Ali a week before. On the day of the appointment, he was 45 minutes late and another hair artist said he will do my hair. I made it very clear that I booked my appointment with Sunny Ali for a reason. They then took another 15-20 minutes and didn’t start doing my hair. I left without any services as they wasted so much time and were not professional at all!

I took pre bridal package from them, firstly they had no massage room during my hair spa. Secondly, in beauty, they keep on applying packs but a mere 15 minutes massage coating around 5K, i didnt get any glow in my marriage days, they themselves dont know how many facials should be done depending on skin, they just know how to make money. A man who cut hair also ask you to do botax or keratin costing in thousands or more. They are compeletely into money making, if we refuse for any chemical treatment , they start seeing as if we are not modern in their language or out of money. There gesture of looking at us as if we cant afford their expensive and low quality service is really cheap. Dont think if they are expensive, they give best.

The services are really nice, and the products used are genuinely nice. Made my son happy with the way the staff has treated him. Will definitely make it a point to visit the spa every now and then. Aryan and Akash are experienced operators. Must visit

I’ve been going to Affinity for the last 8 years. And their services have been amazing throughout. Be it beauty services like waxing, facial, haircut, hairspa, manicure, pedicure or spa services, they are really good. Good hospitality too. Got my hair color (global and balayage) done by Imran today and he did a fantastic job. I’m loving my hair all the more. Keep up the good work you guys! 👍👍

A huge thank you to Saleem, Uday and Nazm who brought my hair back to life. They provide information about what condition your hair is currently in and what to do to maintain hair health. I had such an enjoyable time. Servuce was amazing. We even had a few giggles here and there. Will be back!!
