Good for hair cutting but don't go for make up .. wastage of money.. they don't know d basic , every make up requires primer , moisturizer first but they start make up with foundation...

Unsatisfied from hair services: I took combo services of hair spa , hair cut and facial, although the facial is good but I am really disappointed with there hair service the head spa cost alot but the treatment was very bad. The person who was assigned to do my service is not gentle and the hair cut is also unsatisfactory that made me really upset. Please if you are giving any service to your make sure that they are paying you there hard earned money so value it.

This is the worst to place to get any procedure done from. I got my hair touched up from here once last year and once today. Both times they were incapable of matching the shade. I only came here the second time because it was near to my home and convenient. But I did learn a lesson. Never get any procedure done from an unqualified place. After they coloured my hair, Then they said the the colour absolutely matched my original hair colour. Everyone was called and I was ganged up upon. There were 3 of them vs 1 of me. First they claim that the colour will match absolutely and later when it didn’t, they said that there is always a difference in the new colour and made several excuses like my hair colour had gone fade and even tried introducing terms like volume matching like it’s my first time getting a touch up. Overall it was an extremely pathetic experience. The place is filled with unqualified colour blind employees. Even the owner lady was very rude and almost threatened me that they’ll use the harshest chemicals just because me as a customer was not satisfied. The extremely rude owner even questioned me why I dad come to them for the second time I told them it was just a matter of convenience, but the audacity to talk to a customer in such a was was very surprising.

I went to Sparks for first time and did hair Botox treatment along with highlights from Mr Jain sir. It was an amazing, satisfying and worth spending services which he gave to me. I loved the treatment and highlights which he suggested to me. I will highly appreciate the services from Mr Jain sir. Staff was amazing and good customer service.
