Honestly the worst experience and the worst person sitting on the front desk. He is uneducated, unprofessional and has no knowledge of how to deal with customers. Just opening a high end salon is not enough. I’m ready to pay the money to get a good service. But you give an equivalent service and make sure your staff knows what they’re doing. Pathetic.

The staffs are very professional and cut short the time of any procedure without compromising the quality of job. Particularly impressed by Mr Monty and Mr Akash. Waiting area is very small though.

I had very very bad experience. I would never suggest anybody for party as well as for bridal makeup. Staffs were rude and uncooperative.

It was a good experience at Looks Salon, Kankarbagh. Hair stylist Amit is really a great professional. He is well mannered and knows very well which haircut will suit your face and personality. I would definitely recommend him as your next hair stylist when you visit Looks Salon.
