VerifiedJust wanted to say thanku sooo much for doing such a great job with my hair and makeup for my friend's wedding. I have never felt so beautiful👸and the pictures were fabulous. Make-up artist does her work very well,doesn't given cakey look,it was natural nude look as I wanted. Even few weeks before, I went for haircut and keratin treatment, it was great experience for me,they did wonderful job! Hope to visit again and again... At last thank you once again for everything... Don't go with reviews just go for it😇👍!

I was scared to see review on google about the service despite I went on 3rd may 2022 .When I went inside the The staff greeted well and asked for the services .I asked about the prices and went on to took the same .My hair and tanning services were allotted to Mr Vinay.He is just an amazing guy.He gave me a new hair style which I was not expecting.His way of communications was like professional.I was completely satisfied for the services I had.After service I went for payment counter where I met the owner I of the outlet he greeted me well too.Overall it was just an amazing experience.I look forward to recommend the same to my friends and family

VerifiedSo far this was the worst experience I've ever had. No doubt they have all the facilities and a brand name to run their business but the staff and the owner are unknown to the basics to run a customer oriented business. There is a major lack of communication and empathy within the staff (this also includes owner). We got our appointments for hair and makeup for my brother's wedding and paid the booking amount as well. We were 15 min late to the salon and we were scolded for that and the same excuse was given for taking in more clients for the same time slot. This was also not enough, the makeup artist was late by 1 hour 30 mins and the reason given was, "something had come up at home". And later I found out that, she was attending another client in the same slot for extra money. I always try to be understanding as we all can make mistakes but deceiving the other person is not something I'm in favour of. This has caused a lot of issues and I missed the initial festivities of the wedding, which is irreparable. Hope this review would be taken into consideration and stern actions would be taken. 1. Talking wrong about my own family members to me, is not cool. 2. Buttering me up and asking for extra money at the end of everything, is shameless. 3. Not giving any explanation or any apologies and not even being concerned about the whole situation would not help in running the business in long run.
