This is main sbi branch in Visakhapatnam. Very good fast service, almost all sbi products availiable.very clean environment& peasefull .there is a lot of ATM counter in where we can do our quick cash deposit.

The worst bank which i have ever come across in my life. Today i went to take challan to pay income tax. The lady employee at counter number 11 --- V. ANUPAMA treated me like a peon and she is so impatient to talk with the customers. After her work she will handover the chalana to the customer and the customer has to take that to manager for signature. The peons over there don't do any work except gossiping. Manager D. SOUJANYA KUMARI she will support her staff if somebody express their grievances. She has no control over the staff. The typing speed of Anupama madam is jet speed. For anyone who want to take challan be prepared to wait for at least 2 hours and get ready to act like a peon. But for vizag people it's our bad luck that it is the only bank that issue challan. Actually i have to give -5 stars but there is no provision. In that bank you will not find any complaints box and customer grievance cell.
