Completely untrained people. They ruined my hair just 5 days before my wedding by bleaching my hair and making it golden. They use low quality products and will use any colour if they dont have the colour you asked for. It was a disaster. The lady is very rude and did not own upto the mistakes she made. I will recommend not going to this parlour. She did irreparable damage to my very long hair and now I have to cut my hair short.
