Went there two times one was for my wife’s waxing and the other was for my mother’s hair colouring. Both of the times there were major issues faced. First while waxing they burnt my wife’s skin and the second time caused considerable hair damage for my mother. Only go to these guys for hair cutting nothing else.

Pathetic salon. Had there been option of negative marking I would have rated that. Unhygienic. Dirty. Hair on all the chairs. They just want to fetch money without giving proper services. They use used towels. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Had the worst blow dry experience of my life at fiorio salon today. The hair dresser seemed untrained and unprofessional. I lost so much hair cos of the way he was pulling my hair. Even after being repeatedly told that hair are getting pulled too much and its causing a lot of discomfort, he ignored and kept doing it the way he was doing. Hair literally got broken from the roots and I was literally in tears. Won’t recommend this to anyone. Salons should either have professional staff or they should shut the business if they can’t have professional people. Don’t harass customers like this.

One of the worst Salon in Tricity. They don't have sense how to talk with their customers and they are opening Salon. I mean guys what behave you are doing with your customers is untolerable. They have opened many branches but don't know about hospitality services actually. I am very annoyed with their rude behaviour. Guys seriously suggesting you dont waste your time and money visiting in this salon 😡😡

I have never had worse experience than this saloon. I am 40 year old never had pimples in my life after spending 2500 rs in one go as a package i got pimples. My foot spa was done in cold water no changes in how my feet looks before and after. I had to cut my own nails coz the girl didnt even knw how to cut nails during manicure.
