They literally scratched my skin with the pumice stone as if I have a hippo skin. The attendant was not trained and the parlour didn't have proper pedicure tools. Very disappointing service. The female who does it is really good. However yesterday i stepped in for a haircut considering that the hairstyling shall equally be great as staff is good when it came to prev. services. the guy who cut my hair - i have REPEATEDLY been telling him not to cut my hair length short. He just kept blabbering around not listening to my query and finally has cut my hair length no less than 3 inches short. He was not ready to listen to customer. I feel horrible of the cut. I did not even want to pay for the service. Coming to next - threading; he mentioned he will do it. I was ok as guys also do the same now a days and they are pretty good with it. What he did to my eyebrows - they are paining even now after a whole night sleep. He couldnt even run the thread properly to finish the eye brow lining - finally called his Director - who did a bit - and guess what for plucking 4 hair out of brow by director - charges are Rs. 50.. seriously? If you love your hair - please dont step into this place.. and for sure not the stylist guy who just keeps blabbering. Even he was finicky about me getting a blow dry of constantly telling him i dont need one. what the hell services is exactly what can be put to the parlor. Never stepping in again even for threading. money wasted. and more precious - my hair length.
