Don't use this parlour for Pedicure at all, it's a total waste of money and time. The owner has not trained the staff with quality service or even basic process. I hope the owner of this parlour see this review and can invest the money they make poorly served customers like us to train their staff. Both my mom and got the pedicure service and it was done so badly for both of us. When removing my cuticles, they kept digging and poking my skin making it so hurtful. Worst experience.....don't put yourself or your loved one through this experience.....the owner does not care for either their staff or their customers.....

Never book Cheryl for your bridal makeup. They will make you wait for hours. They will have so many brides lined up . You will panic and end up crying and requesting them to complete our makeup first. No attention will be given to you. In rush they will do any simple makeup and if you will say you don't like it they will convince you that it will look good on stage but it will not. I will like to tell all the bride's out there please don't ruin the very special day of your life. Book makeup artist who will treat you nicely, will give you proper attention and will do makeup of your choice.

everything else is fine but just don't get your hair highlighted/bleached from here. they ruined mine. charged 3000 for this?

I booked Rose Senior Artist and Charmin Mam for my 2 days wedding makeup. It was the best by far. All the artists are just very well trained and they know and are super confident about what they are doing. I was prepared with my look and hairstyle and they just copied as it was in the images. Each makeup was very pretty and beautifully done and the hairdos were awesome and nicely implemented. The makeup lasted during the whole function and it was as fresh as done. I was complimented very much for all my looks. Charmin mam pushed me to do afew things which I wouldn’t do in my life otherwise and she asked me to trust her. And now when I see the pictures I am glad i took that step of going with whatever she says. I usually am not a fan of makeup but i have changed my mind. Rose is the best stop for all your makeup and hair needs. Charmin mam is very sweet and kind and did the best wedding makeup I can ever imagine. She made me just how i imagined myself as a bride.

I am utterly disappointed in the incompetence and lack of care demonstrated by your staff at this so-called beauty parlour. It is shocking that you could ruin such an important event in my life without any consideration for my feelings or the significance of the occasion. I just want to warn all the brides out there, so that it doesn't repeat with anyone else. Not only did they fail to provide satisfactory service, but they also had the nerve to charge me an exorbitant amount of money for their shoddy work. It is absolutely unacceptable that they took advantage of my need in this way, and I would highly advise anyone against patronizing this establishment. It is a disgrace that this beauty parlour would take advantage of someone on their wedding day, a day that should be filled with joy and happiness, and turn it into a nightmare. What I wanted was a simple makeup and what I got was a venomous vamp like makeup which even my in-laws found horrible. This experience is not one that should be taken lightly, and I would go for a legal action against them to ensure that they do not continue to mistreat and take advantage of customers.
