Gud place nice ambience courteous staff however the cutting option for ladies is quite confusing I opted for best cutting plan from creative artist and I am disappointed as it was not worth the price. It seems quite normal to me including the hair dresser who is below average looking guy(not that well dressed and groomed) per the rest of the staff. So I think it's difficult to differentiate between the services having different price

Great for haircuts. Gave me a free hair and scalp quality assessment too. Good and friendly staff and absolutely chic interiors. However it's very expensive and there is a lot of sales oriented push for buying products.

Avoid! Unprofessional & Over-Worked Staff. style director was busy with other clients while giving me a haircut. His attention was totally divided and i ended up with bad hair. Same while getting my beard trimmed - guy had a client with face mask on the next seat and while he was waiting he just hurried with me super quick without listening to my feedback or suggestions. Really spoilt the look i was striving for months. I've never been so disappointed at a salon.

Yesterday I went to this parlor (Janakpuri branch) for hair trimming. The guy who washed my hair has absolutely no etiquette. After washing the hair improperly and drying hair with a towel, he threw the towel into a corner, kicked a footstool which shows very very unprofessional behavior. Worst damage was blow-dry, this same guy pushed the hair dryer's hottest air right into the roots of my hair. Today my hair is brittle and breaking. Is this how you treat clients and seize their hard earned money by hiring such rubbish ill mannered staff?! I will never visit any of these branches ever! And I would recommend to others to beware of this so called parlor.
