Worst facial service they charged 4000 rs for a facial where they did not even massage properly and 600rs for a bleach who charges this much for a oxy bleach which did not even work and also 100 rs for an eyebrow and upper lips which even best salons do in Rs 50 a!d they did not even have a massager they just kept on putting packs and no proper massage was given and the girl Pooja she earlier said she will get me the discount but I was not offered any and they seem looters a first time I found a salon so bad

I booked a complete package to experience their services on 10th February. Very disappointed with their service. Especially their facial service and haircut. They Simply applied some chemicals and wiped it away after 15 minutes and that's all. Hair ut was horribly uneven. After making payment when I asked for a bill, they said that they don't give bill. Upon asking if they have a GST number, the lady at the counter confirmed that they have it. When I enquired about the owner who happens to be some Mr. Asif, he wasn't available. When I expressed interest to meet him, I was told that he wasn't available and they have no idea when he will be. So, I asked firmly to give me a bill, then they noted my contact number and told me to collect it later. It has been over a month and still no bill. Clearly they are evading taxes.

I’ve been a regular at the Verve salon from the day they opened - 7/8 years ago, I guess? Have had an amazing experience each time and keep on coming back because of the impeccable service provided by Baldev and Sunil. I happily recommend them across my circle and happy to recommend them to everyone else!
