They never respond over email or phone. Particularly with this Gurgaon branch. They just fool customers, and even they don't provide complete information or processes. Recently, I requested them for LOD and FC letters. Even after a month, I'm still waiting for their response. Most of the time, the branch HOD is not available. In that case, I believe they need to authorize someone else for the process and approval. So it will not impact the customer. If the customer wants to close his/her HL loan, then they need to pay extra interest because the approver is not available, and that per day of his unavailability will definitely impact our per-day interest rate. 1/5 Aug 14, 2023 Rahul Khatri Verified No one to take the ownership of work.
