I will never recommend IDBI to anyone. They never respond over email or phone. Particularly with this Gurgaon branch. They just fool customers, and even they don't provide complete information or processes. Recently, I requested them for LOD and FC letters. Even after a month, I'm still waiting for their response. Most of the time, the branch HOD is not available. In that case, I believe they need to authorize someone else for the process and approval. So it will not impact the customer. If the customer wants to close his/her HL loan, then they need to pay extra interest because the approver is not available, and that per day of his unavailability will definitely impact our per-day interest rate.

Horrible service by the branch. They never pick up your call. I closed my homeoan 2 months back. Since then I am following up to get my papers back.
